2025 City of Manassas Employee Satisfaction Survey
As we continue our ongoing efforts to ensure that the City is a great place to work, I am asking for your participation in the 2025 Employee Survey. We conduct this survey every two years to benchmark how we’re doing.
Your honest responses to the survey will help us identify any areas that require additional attention and recognize where we are succeeding. We have adjusted the survey from previous years to hopefully reduce the time it takes you to complete, and to include new questions that are more focused on job satisfaction. As you complete the survey, please focus on your job and how the City facilitates you to succeed. Your responses should identify impediments that can be improved.
ETC Institute has been hired to receive and compile all responses. The survey responses will be shared when compiled. Responding to the survey is voluntary, but it offers you the opportunity to share your thoughts about life here at the City. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Human Resources.
